TISDALE, SK – The Tisdale Trojans are excited to announce the commitment of F Peyton Kostiuk (06) for the 2022-23 season.
Kosituk, from White City, spent the 2021-22 season with the Regina Pat Canadians of the SAAAHL where he tallied twelve points in 39 games played. Peyton was also a member of Team Saskatchewan at the U16 WHL Cup in 2021 where he served as an alternate captain on the Bronze Medal winning team.
“I am looking forward to joining the Trojans next year. What stood out for me was how the facilities (school, rink, team lounge and dressing room) are all connected in an academy type setting. I'm excited to play for this coaching staff that has a proven track record of player development” – Kostiuk on his signing with the Trojans
Trojans coaches believe that adding a piece like Peyton will really help the team up front next season.
“We’re excited to add Peyton to our team. He brings a a rare combination of physicality and skill. He has a year of experience in the league, and is a very competitive person who has been a leader on teams throughout his minor hockey career.
