TISDALE, SK - The Tisdale Trojans have announced that Jack Bechard will return to the team for the 2022-23 SMAAAHL season.
Bechard, 16, began last season with the Trojans before suffering a long term injury and returning home to Regina for the remainder of the winter. Upon recovering, Jack was able to return to play for the Regina Rangers U18 AA.
"I am delighted to have the opportunity to play with the Trojans this year," Said Bechard.
"I love the program and all that the organization has to offer, I am really looking forward to playing this season!"
At 5'9, 160lbs, Bechard, a draft pick of the Flin Flon Bombers of the SJHL, amassed 30 (18g, 12a) points in 15 games this season.
"Jack had a remarkable season once he was able to return to play, finishing third on his team in goal scoring despite only playing 15 games" Said the Trojans coaching staff.
"He has all the tools to be a very creative offensive player and his natural ability to generate scoring chances with the puck on his stick is something that we look forward to inserting back into our lineup now that he is fully recovered from his injury."
The Trojans welcome Jack and his family to Tisdale once again!
